Introduction

Attn: the hearth of terrible cell and tortures of the Islamic republic of Iran

In the name of Allah and all the peaceful men and women, peace-loving people and those

who cry out with the demand of liberation from traitor inflicted sufferings.

This is a story of a person who strived to contribute to the development of the economy based on his faith, skill, aspirations and signing various contract, provided employment for youth and all people belonging to various strata of society, creating jobs for this purpose, fought against sufferings and unjust acts against himself and other members of the society, though faced with subversive acts and injustices, and was repeatedly arrested and put in terrible prison cell 209.

  Akbar Amirzadeh Irani Mahmud oglu, born in Tehran on 1348 (Christian 1969). Upon receipt diploma in economy, completion of specialty course, and having had cooperation education, he received certificate of specialist in the field of cooperation.

  On the first of Shayrivar month, 1348, he was born in an Azeri family in “Qolle-ye mordi (Boluristan) (Haggshenas) settlement. For some time, he lived in Karaj then resettling to Tehran and later was drafted in the army. Initially, he served in the infantry in Kerman and then continued his service in the naval forces. Having competed a military course he was transferred to the Southernmost point of Iran “Kamarak” port at his own request and completed military service there.

  After completing the military service Akbari started working in “Association of handmade carpets of Iran”, and was appointed to the position of a director general at area office. After sometime he was obliged to return to his previous employment in trading due to some illegal acts of the executive director.  He used to work in this sphere before military service too. Soon he chose wood processing, and trades with the furniture industry and related equipments. In this connection, he kept in touch with the citizens of Russia, Italy, some countries of the former Soviet Union, Turkey and the Arabic countries of the Persian Gulf. At that time he married that later ended unsuccessfully and they had a daughter by name Fatima born in the family. Then he decided to establish a company called “Sherkat-e moshaveran” (Rahavarde Kalaye Zafar-registration No. 2501) and had it officially registered by making a Regulation. “Shirkate moshaveran” company was the best and the only company in terms of the specialization. The company made a perfect project called office business and servicing and presented it to the then parliament. Some persons among the ruling authorities, however, turned down this project as they are against talented and creative persons and fearful of the potential dangers to the government, and intimidating him with numerous blackmails and warning against potential undesirable occurrences. They disrupted his right for privacy and intruded in the most prohibited part of family affair, and even recruited his wife as a trailer after him (Amirzadeye). Thus he became subject to persecutions at every step and lost peace.

  As a token of the protest against the faced undesirable incidents after some time he joined in the first protest meeting held by dissenting students and other people and stood face to face with security forces. Though the justice offices avoided to disclose his participation in the meeting, he had to follow the events in the radio and other Mass Media after he fled to Mazandaran.  He came back to tehran after several months and started working for improving his living condition without facing any reaction. Very soon he founded a “Emtiyazi Rahiyani Bank Saba” company and registered it under No. 6107. The types of activity specified in the Regulation of the company and it was confirmed by the cooperation ministry. The company began functioning under the lisencing of the cooperation ministry and Tehran head cooperation office. Expanding its activities, the company was working under the registration No 6107, and opened affiliations in various parts of the country. Finally, the ministry of information, and the department of justice demanded to to stop economic, political and public activity through their agents.

  Meanwhile, Akbar Amirzadeh Irani created a poultry complex and purchased a track of land adjacent to the complex. Thereafter, the he modified his activity and changed to egg production. Using the special plant tissues transported from the North of the country he fabricated packing boxes from lant tissues, which are unique by their composition. His 3400 (thirty four thousand) m2 poultry complex is fully furnished with modern equipments as a unite in its type in Asia and Middle East. There worked 150 Iranian men and women.  A lot of friends and foreign merchants used to come from Switzerland, France, United Arab Emirates, Turkey, and etc., countries to familiarize themselves with the boxes. They were watching the boxes admiringly and starting negotiations to purchase them. Finally, the enterprise founded by the Iranian started functioning. Unfortunately, the economic department of the ministry of economy insisted that the enterprise belonged t them and it was allegedly initiated by them on the face of the start of functioning, the bought land, types of activities, and the skillful management.  They forced Akbar Amirzadeh Irani to resign by constant threatenings.  Finally, Akbar Amirzadeh Irani had to resign as requested by a person called Tagizadeh from the security chief and information ministry. His resignation was also demanded by “Banke Saba” cooperation. It was a company which was created as a result of Akbar Amirzadeh Irani’s hard work. Akbar Amirzadeh Irani took in 1400 Iranians paid them salaries. Their representative in the ministry of cooperation as advocated by them was appointed to the post and soon the company was registered and Akbar Amirzadeh Irani was removed from his office. Later a prominent person was taken on the job (Ahmad Bayati). It didn’t pass long when he appropriated a large amount of money in the condition of complicity of Seniors- director general of Tehran corporation office Husmand Safayi, security chief of Tehran corporation office Gambarpur, chief law counsellor of the cooperation ministry Shafayindi, the enterprises dealing with the case (Tagizadeh and Sabiryan-these names are their nicknames) by guising the actual essence of the matter.  The reason for my resignation is my refusal to obey the direct instructions issued by corporation minister Sufi and his deputy Tafrinejad.  The new chief disrupted the work of the company as he didn’t own any share.  Akbar Amirzadeh Irani who owned around 98% of the shares began to appeal to various authorities. In this connection Beheshti a suit was filed with the past court office after Beheshti, department 219. The case was continued by the attorney of justice Gasim Sargarnijad and deputy of the company on legal affairs Seid Mohsun. Seeing that the executive judge on the case exposes bribery and various frauds and becoming aware of the behind stage affairs the referred the case to Ahmadzadeh who was underhand of the information ministry. Thus they filed a new case and the criminal case on 28,01,8 couldn’t reveal the truth ( They appropriated the property of Akbar Amirzadeh Irani who had been in prison cell 209 under fraud allegation. Reorganizing the company’s production process, they obtained a lisence from the security and justice board and took it over (at the chapest price) and charged their own price, thus shifting the responsibility for all the irregularities on Akbar Amirzadeh Irani). Seeing that they brought the company into a critical state by their unlawful acts, they acted hypocritically and removing their self-appoined director and reinstated Akbar Amirzadeh Irani to his post by unlawful act, and kept him in this position. Becoming aware of the situation Akbar Amirzadeh Irani immediately referred to the investigation department and other judicial authorities. Unfortunately, Akbar Amirzadeh Irani’s references and the fate of the complaints made by him remained unclear. Due to the acts of ex director, Tagizadeh and his allied attempts, he couldn’t return the documents and mony that belonged to him. The truth didn’t surface behind the guise of irregularities and embezzlements. Hundreds of millions of tumans robbed and embezzled in the condition of total ignorance. The Seniors wanted to find someone to shift the responsibility for all the irregularities and robberies  they committed. Akbar Amirzadeh Irani used to repeat that the court can’t just overlook such acts.  Is it possible that competent persons of a country claiming to have based on Islamic laws don’t hear on the face of so much truth and irregularities. But there is neither law, nor justice! The cryouts were subdued in prison cell 209. How could the truth be hidden and the occurrances be negated? How could all be imprisoned? Their acts may be likened to the acts of a crow shoving its head under snow and thinking that nobody sees it. Two days later the newspapers wrote that an authoer Kazimzadeh Zahra Evin was killed in prison and her family members couldn’t even raise their voice against.  Kazimzadeh’s court session finished as ordered  and again the one who gained became evident. Akbar Amirzadeh Irani was sent to a terrible city prison in Karaj for having sown his lipds and then returned to 8th hall of correctional cell No.8 of Evin prison. There he got acquainted with Arjand Davudu, Mahammadi, Ganji Pirabdulrahim, Doctor Alavi and Zarafshan. They all were political activists. A bit later Arjang Davudu and Pirabdulla Rahimi were put to 10th hall and then 9th hall with the worst state in 8th correctional cell. After getting to know Arjand Akbar Amirzadeh Irani did all his best to change to a cell with a bit better conditions and finally, he was put to 8th hall. Akbar Amirzadeh Irani was released on bail soon and Davudu could send his letters via him.  Akbar Amirzadeh Irani had exchange of ideas with him for 10 months and they covered their costs together. He stimulated Akbar Amirzadeh Irani and enriched his political-economic thoughts, deepened solidarity and consolidation with other political groups. Akbar Amirzadeh Irani’s fight against injustices clarified. Taking opportunity on those days Akbar Amirzadeh Irani began open struggle writing political, economic and social articles. He even wrote a manifest about the harmony in governmental system. His friends were able to open a site in his name under www.nedayesaba.com.www.anjomanefaryad.com  www.iran-aaa.com www.a-cry.com His publications were copied and sent to 110 countries of the world via e-mail. (including the United Nations and Kiferan tribunal).  Thereafter, the tortures and challenges faced by Akbar Amirzadeh Irani were published in newspapers, the opponents began to be exposed. Even when he was in prison Akbar Amirzadeh Irani was subject to numerous threatenings of Itilaat agents. However, he never backed out of his political activity and on the face of threats of his possible execution, he stood firm courageously before all this. According to the opinion of many experts, Akbar Amirzadeh Irani is a talented economist and computer specialist. He has a very high organizational skills as well as any state. He has inherent in him the ability to form an army within a short time. O is the man of a very serious and powerful position. He can overcome his desires, is very able and intellectual person. His ability as publisher is also very strong. His intellect is very destructive for Islamic republic and may be very dangerous for Islamic Republic. Nation, and especially youth love him as a very talented and able economist and public figure. It is possible that the people and various layers of the country began to worship him. Therefore, it is necessary to put restrictions uponhim and sometimes due to his knowledge of internal and external trade rules it is vital to shun him from friends and proponents.

  Anyway despite his order from top Ahmadzadeh was incapable of explaining to him his guilt. As the judge Ahmadzadeh himself admitted (deputy executive of all the court rulings and Tehran Revolutionary courts).  Though receiving special instructions from Information ministry and their underhands, repeatedly informed them that he couldn’t prove the criminal motives and in general, there is no criminal content in the case. Notwithstanding this,  he failed to make decision of acquital and relieve the convict from persecutions.

     Despite his sufferings in the grips of injustice in prison cell during the days his stay there Akbar Amirzadeh Irani raised his voice of protest, continued his struggle never fearing anything, and neglected all the recommendations of his friends, acquaintances to withdraw from writing, speaking, open struggle. He was constantly subject to the sufferings inflicted by the Government of Islamic Republic of Iran, but all this suffering and pressures couldn’t break his willpower. After some time, about 30 months later the judge appointed by the proteges in the field of justice was removed from the case, and hled by another person. This time investigation of the case lasted around 4 months. Akbar Amirzadeh Irani was released on bail in exchange to 12 billion tuman mortgage and was given acquital.  That time the ministry of cooperation protested against the decision during the days when Cooperation ministry who started a fabricated criminal case Ardahani was in the office. Whereas the decision was referred to the Central bank and bank didn’t object to it. The information ministry tried by all means to object to this decision.

 But as the protest period came to an end they didn’t have any protest rights. On the other hand, having dealt a heavy blow on itself and injured information ministry feared surfacing of financial frauds, embezzlements and other secretive issues after the acquittal decision and by all means tried to have this decision reversed and persuade the judge that the security and justice authorities would remove and discredit him. They told that if Akbar Amirzadeh Irani is released then  many cases of bribery and violations would be exposed. Therefore the many correspondences with the judge, they tried to exert pressure upon the court through their underhands in judicial authority. They forced to dismiss their security workers by various labels.  The gazi convicts dealing with the case, as well as the ex minister and other grafters.  He recruited two employees of the information ministry by names Tagizadeh and Sabiri, director general of cooperation office Hushmand Sabai, director general of economic department of information ministry. These acts were followed by targeting of chairman of Tehran Revolution courts office Karami Farshid Sharafi and prohibited him to continue the work on the case.

   Yes, This is how the independent court looks like in Iran!

  Anyway, a ruling was issued after Akbar Amirzadeh Irani’s acquittal and threats to qazi that he might be killed over all the circumstances of the case. Gazi Farshid Sharafi stated that all the activities of licensed cooperations in all the world is legal and an ordinary case. It is unfair to prohibit the activity for one, while allowing the other, since both of them have been issued with state license. Gazi said to Akbar Amirzadeh Irani: (central office of Cooperation company of Information ministry, Akbar Amirzadeh Irani’s flat and poultry complex, all the correspondences and documents belonging to him were robbed and destroyed)- You may have ownership of the property belonging to you as an experienced economist! Akbar Amirzadeh Irani’s property was returned to him and he was released from prison.  The Information ministry that knew how to expose them by intruding into the organization, tried to destroy and at best hush Akbar Amirzadeh Irani.

   The newly appointed gazi urged Akbar Amirzadeh Irani to collect the materials in order to speed up the business of the people, and permitted him to restart his funcsions in the company. Information ministry in its turn,  started new activities against Akbar Amirzadeh Irani by many correspondences and bulletins. Akbar Amirzadeh Irani was put a solitary cell No. 209 for 4 days again in connection with newly started legal act (Tehran State officers, second department of investigation office) together with a woman and his ex attorney under completely different allegation. Again the ordered, all day investigations began. Various papers were put before him and asked to write them! A false legal action was started in respect with special gazi Farshid Sharafi too. Immediately upon release of Akbar Amirzadeh Irani Kelar group went on holiday and met with the judge, told about all the incidents and in response to Akbar Amirzadeh Irani’s question said: I have adopted the decision and will be defending my decision. I am not afraid of anything! Il will further fight against injustice too. Akbar Amirzadeh Irani, you may be sure about me! You also need to be on holiday for some time (of course, with Akbar Amirzadeh Irani’s self proposal). Be far from teh agents of Ittilaat so that the truth may clear up! But which competents? What truth, and justice? Which eyes that see and ear that hears?  He had made a decision on the detention and arrest of gazi Sharafi, Ahmad Bayati and other ordererd before this history.

Ahmad Bayati and others raised a lot of protests about the arrested persons, the threats of killing made by justice agents.

  Nevertheless, according to Sharafi Information ministry stole all the materials and documents through its agents (Huseyn Sadagat).

  Later and upon relapse of some time,  upon 3 months arrest in prison cell 2009 in Evin jail becasue of Akbar Amirzadeh Irani’s meeting with Sharafi he was transferred to the 5th hall of correctional cell 7 in Evin jail.

After moved to the 209^th prison cell he has met with the Rza Malik. When Rza Malik has met with the Akbar Amirzadeh Irani either he has glad and has regretted. After some days Ahmad Batebi was brought. From the meet with the former friend Akbar Amirzadeh Irani has delighted. They have divided of their thoughts about some subjects. There was a person who was a specialist in field of nuclear welding. It is said that America is spy. There was a person named Darage who was one of the most active persons and has invested capital in economy field. He also has bankruptcy. Batebi has spoke about his problems to Akbar Amirzadeh Irani. Akbar Amirzadeh Irani has done his bests for solving Ahmad Batebi’s problems. Ahmad Batebi for usage him by the operation collaborators for political purposes has been force to bail during 48 hours.  After some days Akbar Amirzadeh Irani has paid hundred million tuman and has been free from the salon No5 of the consultative prison cell of general regime prison. Agents of Information Ministry indicated that by the cooperation Company Akbar Amirzadeh Irani has obligations and he as a director of the company instead of these obligations has gave the cheques to the clients. They have tried for prolong of prison term of Akbar Amirzadeh Irani and his signed cheques gave back and in this way he will be considered as non-fulfilled his obligations. He will busy with these problems and he cannot find the term against the persons who have trampled on his rights.

After got freedom he has been mental and psychological influenced on, so his doctor (Doctor Amin Ehtishami Afshar –Head specialist on internal diseases and lung diseases, Doctor License No7613, Teacher of University) has recommended him to treat in “Lala” Hospital in Punak. But Akbar Amirzadeh Irani has not stop to write, he will never refuse from expose the struggle and dissembler violations.

He will present you his last information, news and articles. He asked from the International Society, Kiferlah Tribunal and from other societies to attitude their relations about this event.

He will go on his riot after all of these.
